The XIII LAW3M will be held at the Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention, located along the seafront of Ponta Negra, one of Natal’s most renowned beaches. Ponta Negra is internationally recognized for its warm waters and the iconic Morro do Careca sand dune, one of the city’s main landmarks.
In the surrounding area, participants will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shopping centers, and leisure options, many of them within walking distance of the venue.
Natal is located in northeastern Brazil, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, approximately midway between the cities of Fortaleza and Recife.
Natal International Airport (NAT) offers daily domestic flights to major Brazilian cities, including Fortaleza, Recife, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, as well as direct international connections to selected European destinations. The airport is located approximately 25 km from Ponta Negra Beach.
Upon arrival, participants are advised to use taxi services or ride-hailing applications such as Uber to reach their hotel or the conference venue.
All foreign visitors entering Brazil must hold a valid passport. Visa requirements depend on the traveler’s country of citizenship. Citizens of several countries, including those holding European Union passports, generally do not require a visa for short stays. Citizens of the United States, however, are required to obtain a visa prior to travel.
Participants from other countries are advised to consult the Brazilian Embassy or consular service in their home country for up-to-date information. For official information, please consult the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or locate the nearest Brazilian consular service.
If you experience difficulties obtaining a visa, please contact the XIII LAW3M Secretariat for assistance.
Participants requiring a personal invitation letter to attend the XIII LAW3M should contact the Secretariat at:
Invitation letters are issued upon request and are intended solely to support visa applications or funding requests.
